How to become famous Without Seeking Too Hard

You can find three ways to become famous. The first is hard .

The hard means to become famous is to gain your celebrity through hard work: by doing your best as an acting professional or vocalist, dancer or perhaps choreographer, writer or even director or set artist or lighting effects specialist as well as costumer. The hard strategy is do constantly high-quality, innovative work…to study your skill set and keep acquiring better…to take pitfalls and grow…and occasionally fail, get rid of auditions, fall short of your current potential… But, in the end, your risks pay off as well as distinguish a person as modern, as committed to your craft…as a genuine performer as well as, perhaps even greater, a true musician.

The two easier ways to become famous are generally: stupidity along with scandal. You don't have to be an actor or professional dancer or performer or design to gain recognition this way, nevertheless, you can be. "Earning" fame either of these ways doesn't depend on any specific talent or imagination. It depends in, depending on how you see it, good or bad fortune (which, to a specific degree, plays a part in all successes) plus time plus your determination to push your limits of fine taste or even social mores…or legislation. Criminally corrupt politicians…self-righteous, hypocritical preachers… amazingly greedy income "managers"… These are people who are famous for all the incorrect reasons. Feel former presidential candidate John Edwards, whom positioned themselves as a widespread, albeit rich, man of individuals, until it turned out revealed that, amid many other transgressions, although travel through limo to a website a block away from a new union meeting then move to a very used, beat-up sedan to vacation the final obstruct and look like just another functioning man.

How to become famous regarding scandal? Do something illegal or wrong. Flash your own genitals. Get arrested for driving under the influence or substance possession. Take jewelry. Rob your meant friends. Feel Bernie Madoff, who as soon as positioned themselves as a brilliant financial consultant and now degrades in prison pertaining to running a large Ponzi scheme. So-called "gotcha journalism" ensures that the individual choosing an outlawed or immoral act will discover his or her mugshot on-line within minutes, generally accompanied by interview with patients and/or co-conspirators.

In fact, "gotcha journalism" makes it easier than ever before to become famous. What you may do, on the go these days, chances are that you are on camera-either an automated security or perhaps surveillance camera, or the digital camera of a nosy professional photographer ready to get your drop from elegance.

There are three ways to become famous. The hard means takes time and hard work. Be simple ways could happen fast along with require no longer work than using racist language or perhaps wearing any risqué wardrobe as well as drinking too much and widely or indicating bad view in some additional way.

You desire to be famous. Do you think you're willing to work hard? Study your craft? Carry on auditions? Do the maximum amount of good work as is possible? Congratulations! You might be on the right track to becoming famous for the right causes. But you will have an alternative: the particular stupid or perhaps scandalous route to celebrity.

Ra-one movie review

Cast and Crew

Director-Anubhav Sinha

Music Director-Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Rajjyanni

Lyrics- Vishal Dadlani, Niranjan Iyengar, Kumaar, Panchi Jalonvi, Anvita Dutt, Anubhav Sinha

Starring- Arjun Rampal, Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Armaan Verma, Sanjay Dutt(Special appearance), Priyanka Chopra(Special appearance), Satish Shah, Dalip Tahil, Sahana Goswami, Suresh Menon, Tom Wo and Rajinikanth(special appearance).

About the Film

Three characters stand out in this movie. Ra-One (Arjun Rampal), G-One (Shahrukh Khan) and young Armaan Verma who plays Prateek Subramanian. Kareena Kapoor for once is thrown into the background, so is SRK (Shekhar Subramanian) who gets his Tamil accent off-centre. The supporting cast would be the action team and the sound engineers led by Resul Pookutty. Jeff Kleiser, heading the visual effects team has packed in as much digital technology as can be to make this a visual treat of sorts for sci-fi freaks.

Anubhav Sinha may be credited with the direction, but if one looks closely, RA ONE has the SRK stamp. This is not to take away from Sinha, but most sequences would have been pieced together by Kleiser. I mean it's not a director's film, if you know what I mean.

The Story

SRK has used good gimmicks to get the novel idea off to a flying start. Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt and SRK as Lucifer engage in a very deadly duel. But later it turns out, that Prateek (Armaan Verma), a sci-fi addict and computer games freak, is dreaming in the classroom. Prateek uses the code name Lucifer whenever he plays his games. His dad (Shekhar Subramanian) is an embarrassment of sorts for the 'Yo man' dude. Son feels that there should be a game where bad man wins, like all young sons, Prateek also thinks that super villains are cooler than super heroes. So his father Shekhar creates the ultimate clash of good against evil by putting a very powerful anti hero Ra One against a seemingly less potent good guy. But is it possible for the good guy to lose?

However, to impress his son, Senior Subramanian decides to create a game for him, which would also be a trump card for the company he works for. RA ONE is the bad robot, and G One, the good one. Prateek is allowed to experiment with the game even before it's complete. As usual, he logs in as Lucifer and engages in a duel. Before you know it, RA ONE comes alive and is out to destroy Lucifer. Then the game of deadly robotic chase begins, which also sees G One being brought to life to annihilate the threat.

The first half is a visual delight. It is bloody awesome in deed. The plot moves slickly from one sequence to another gripping you in the wake of destruction that RA ONE brings along. WOW, is the first word you utter because it's flawless. Technologically, SRK has not left any stone unturned. He fulfills our expectations.

It's only after the interval that the plot meanders a bit, but Arjun lights up the screen. As G One, in the initial scenes, SRK is spot on but fails to maintain his robotic gait. He becomes a little bit repetitive in 2nd part. This here, I would say is the fault of the digital team. But the RA One (Tom Wu) who mesmerizes initially is almost 'Terminator' Schwarzenegger-like in his finesse. He brings an icy-cool, steel like momentum to his body language. It is bloody cool.

Ra One works on several accounts. First it has some interesting clashes between G One, the good robot (Shahrukh Khan) and Ra One, the bad robot (Arjun Rampal). Ra One can take the form of anyone he wants. Secondly the bond that G One builds with the family he supposed to protect from the evil Ra One. Kareena and her young son Prateek is warm and beautiful. There is also a lot of wit throw in here and there in the screenplay, and they are very good, especially when the film concentrates on the geeky and loving Subramanian's family dinners. And finally it is the excellently sung and choreographed Chammak-Challo which keeps the mercury rising to another level.

Some Drawbacks
The film little bit falls back in emotional quotient. We all know that robots have no feelings at all, but remember even the steely Terminator managed to have a very good bonding with the mom and her messiah son.. Also considering so much money has been poured in to the film, the special effects and the hi tech gadgetry lacks the glitzy feel of Hollywood science fiction. In some places, it even gets somewhat tacky with all those unnecessary things like flying cars hurting into nowhere and the digital game screen going gaudy in orange.

Quick Guide

- Chitti (Rajinikanth) making an appearance is a wasted gimmick which was not needed. G One was doing the job of keeping the baddies at bay. So the film doesn't need Rajini uncle.

- What could also not be fathomed is how both the robots take the flight out to India from the UK where the film originates. Security in today's day and age is at an all-time high! So it disappoints a little bit.

- G One coming back to life after the completion of his job is a definite disaster. With this move, you don't send the audience away with anything to talk about. This is the main drawback of the movie.

- "Condom Condom," a dialogue mouthed by young Prateek in a children's film too is questionable.

- A thumbs-up to the digital scene where the Chatrapati Shivaji Terminus in Mumbai is show crumbling after a local train is taken over by RA ONE.

Conclusion

Ra One is sure to usher in a cracking Diwali at the box office, you can its SRK's Diwali gift to us. Ra One is giving the audience a full "Paisa-vasool" entertainment, with the fine performance by the both SRK and Kareena, even the young Armaan is talented enough, he is also at his best in the movie, and as Ra One Arjun is also pretty good. So just visit your nearest hall and have a blast. If you want to have the best experiences then watch it in 3D

Review of The Thing (2011)

There are two ways to create a remake; you can focus on the parts that made the movie so great in the first place, and then expand on those while adding new elements which salute the original yet also make it perfect for today's audiences. Then there is the other way, is to just remake it the same way, including the bad bits, without taking time to wonder why they were there in the first place, and throw in new stuff that doesn't belong there, resulting in a pretty poor movie. The Thing falls into the second category.

The version most of us remember is John Carpenter's from 1981, and this itself was actually a remake, albeit radical, of an original from 1951. You will recall that aUSbase in the Antarctic was besieged by an alien that was a shape shifter, but they didn't actually discover it, that honour went to the inhabitants of the Norwegian base, situated kilometres away. In telling the story of the Norwegian base should actually be a prequel, but the fact this version is identical to Carpenter's makes it a remake in the truest sense of the world.

A couple of Norwegian scientists crash their snowmobile into a crevice and find an alien spaceship there they, obviously, run to some US Grad students, Eric Christian Olsen and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, to help them. This kind off pandering between nations doesn't exactly inspire any confidence especially when you discover there is already an American pilot at the base, but this could just be the directors way of laying the groundwork for some forthcoming paranoia of the us VS them kind.

Having in their possession an alien in a giant ice cube proves far too tempting for these scientists and they decide to drill into it for some tissue samples, which, as anyone with half a brain cell would realise, never mind supposed boffins, that drilling into an alien is a pretty good way of waking them up. These guys think they have taken care of this menace but have they? The tissues reveal that the alien can take on the form of humans as well as others, they realise they can't trust anyone, sure didn't see that coming!

One positive from this whole debacle is the special effects, particularly regarding the shape shifting capabilities of the alien. They are pretty nasty, but some of them look somewhat familiar, and those who are fans of David Cronenberg will see some parts which are same old, same old. The real let down in this movie are the humans, all the Norwegians are stereotypically big, bearded, blonde and unwashed, and nobody has bothered to give the different characters any kind of personality.

This creates problems when we have to try and work out is somebody is really an alien, as we haven't got a clue who they were anyway. There is one stand out scene when they are trying to figure out how to differentiate between human and alien, but one good scene doesn't make a good horror movie. A highly disappointing movie that won't be remembered for the right reasons.

Review of Moneyball (2011)

Moneyball is, no question, one of the greatest films this year and the script is probably some of the finest writing that the medium has seen in years. The film is based on the book of the same name by Michael Lewis, and the adaptation of the book is superbly done. The script is brought to life in a fantastic way by Brad Pitt who does a great job in the lead role.

The film is written be Aaron Sorkin who wrote The Social Network and Steven Zaillian who wrote Schindler's List. The film is the story of an underdog baseball executive and the director, Bennet Miller, does an excellent job of combining real footage with fictional scenes.

The film tells the story of Manager Billy Beane, who is played by Pitt, and how he wants to change the entire way that baseball is evaluated. Beane has a team that come very close to winning the World Series but are beaten by a team that has four times as much budget for players than they have.

Beane sees this as unfair and goes about changing the system. The current problem is the small teams are always losing their players to the big budget teams, which means there is not much competition in the sport.

When Beane discovers a new way to score baseball from a sports statistician played by Jonah Hill he realises that should this be implemented, it would have a great effect on small budget teams like his own.

Pitt has said that his character is very complex and definably has some unusual quirks, for one he does not watch baseball games, he merely gets the results sent to him by a friend. Pitt does an excellent job of portraying the hard side of the character seen at work, but also his soft side which the audience sees when Beane is with his daughter.

Jonah Hill does a fantastic job in his role playing alongside Pitt, and their different characters on the screen and how well they work together is really one of the main reasons the movie is so good. The attention to detail paid by the film-makers to the original book is something that will please fans, even the little details are covered, such as the way Beane eats popcorn out of a coffee filter placed on his desk.

The film also makes excellent use of flashbacks, which are very important in building the character of Beane , and really show why he is so passionate about the cause that he is fighting for. It shows him as a young player who was expected to make it as a baseball star.

Those in the United States are going to have a bit of an advantage in understanding some of the sports parts of the film but even those unfamiliar with the sport will enjoy the movie. The writers really deserve credit for moving away from a lot of the very specific baseball language seen in the book and making a movie that is accessible to all audiences.

Review of Contagion (2011)

Traffic was a film released by Steven Soderbergh and was one of his most successful productions. It made four times its production costs in sales as well as netting four Oscars, including one for best director. The film had multi levelled plots that are also apparent in this new film, Contagion. It seems unlikely though that this film will enjoy the same kind of success as Traffic.

The film is a documentary/drama that is about the breakout of a global pandemic disease. Contagion has many big name stars that ensure it will make quite the splash at the box office. We see Gwyenth Paltrow in the opening scenes which start on day two of the disease outbreak. She is returning from a business trip to Hong Kong and the movie also shows how people in China as well as London are getting sick. Paltrow's character spreads the disease to her husband, played by Matt Damon and her son.

Lawrence Fishburne plays the head of the CDC (Centres for Disease Control), which is based in Atlanta, United States. Upon hearing of the outbreak of the virus he sends his leading expert on disease, who is played by Kate Winslet, to find out what caused the outbreak of this deadly pandemic. The film also follows experts from the WHO (World Health Organisation) who travel to China to investigate the virus.

Another of the many sub plots details how the population is gripped with fear of the virus, which is only aggravated by a conspiracy writer, played by Jude Law. Meanwhile the CDC is racing to come up with a vaccination for the disease.

As with Traffic, Contagion is told with a series of sub plots and each one has a big star attached to it. Unlike Traffic however the sub plots are not as developed as the viewer would want. Despite all the stars attached to this film, the most notable character is the virus itself and viewers can see how it spreads throughout the world.

Some sub plots are stronger than others and Matt Damon's and Jude Law's are of particular note. We get to see how the world goes into social upheaval at the news of the virus through Jude's and how the virus affects people on a very personal level in Damon's.

The movie has a touch of realism as it looks at how the fictional virus in the film compares with real life contagions. Comparisons are made with the H1N1 and SARS virus, as well as the less recent, but more deadly, Spanish Flu, which killed 50 million people early last century. The film was written by Scott Z Burns and is a gripping story and the viewer will be excited as they follow the scientists trying to come up with a vaccine.

The Famous Marilyn Monroe

Blonde girls have a stereotype. In the past, a blonde hair is considered attractive. Yes, blondes they are generally beautiful but along with this, they are tagged as dumb and unintelligent. It is said that they are all just beauty with no brains. Thus numerous dumb blonde jokes have spread in books, magazines, and in the internet. There are also a lot of movies about blondes with little intelligence. Who can best illustrate this stereotype? The answer is Marilyn Monroe. If you ask some people to name a famous blonde, there is a huge chance that you would get "Marilyn Monroe" as an answer.

Marilyn Monroe was a Hollywood actress who was famous for her dumb blonde roles. Marilyn was not a blonde at first. She changed its color as her career grew successfully. Her real name was Norma Jean Mortenson. Her story was one that can be placed in the genre of "rags to riches". Young Marilyn had a less colorful childhood than an average child. She never knew who her father was. Her mother suffered mental problems and was institutionalized. She grew up without the guide of her real parents. Most of her childhood was spent on orphanages although she once was taken care of by the Goddard's. She only got out of the orphanage when she married Jimmy Dougherty. The war came and her husband had to go away. She was then discovered and became a model.

In 1946 she signed her first movie. However with all her attention focused on this, her relationship with her husband began to fail. They divorced the same year. Soon in her life, Marilyn would experience numerous failed relationships. She was even linked to President Kennedy and his brother, Robert. During her first film, she changed her name to Marilyn Monroe and then made her hair blonde. Her participation in the musical entitled, "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" made her an instant hit. In this movie, she played as a dumb blonde who dominates in beauty but not in intelligence. This time, the term "dumb blonde" became prominent. She also starred other movies where she played a blonde stereotype. After these hits, her name climbed higher in the steps of fame.

Soon, she became tired of playing the dumb blonde. So she tried other roles as well. She became sick making her miss her appointments. Her last films were failures. These might have caused her to be depressed. The problems in her career and the relationships that were not meant to last showed how miserable Marilyn Monroe could have been

On August 52, 1962, she was found dead in her house. Her death is still a mystery until today. Some say she was killed. Some say it was suicide. The bottle of sleeping pills found beside her suggests that she could have died of drug overdose.

Mariska Hargitay Biography Current News

Though she was born into show business as the daughter of 1950s bombshell Jayne Mansfield and famed bodybuilder Mickey Hargitay, actress Mariska Hargitay paid her dues on television and in feature films before becoming famous for playing Detective Olivia Benson on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999- ).

Mariska Hargitay Latest News and Movies.

Prior to her success, Hargitay went through a long string of forgettable movies like "The Perfect Weapon" (1991), and failed shows like "Tequila and Bonetti" (CBS, 1992) and "Can't Hurry Love" (CBS, 1995). She eventually began taking on detective roles in procedural dramas, including on the short-lived "Prince Street" (NBC, 1997), which lasted a scant two episodes before being pulled off the air.

But after going through extensive auditions with executive producer Dick Wolf, Hargitay was cast as the tough, but empathetic Det. Benson, who investigates sex crimes with her equally emotionally invested partner (Christopher Meloni). Hailed by numerous critics, her performance was a constant awards-getter, while also giving rise to her philanthropic efforts outside of the show to provide support for survivors of sexual assault through her Joyful Heart Foundation. Though her career was almost exclusively focused on "SVU" during that time, Hargitay was no doubt one of the most productive actresses on the small screen.

Mariska Hargitay was born on Jan. 23, 1964, in Los Angeles, CA. She was the youngest daughter of 1950s platinum blonde starlet Jayne Mansfield and Mr. Universe, Mickey Hargitay, who were divorced before their daughter's first birthday. When Hargitay was three and a half years old, she and brothers Miklos and Zoltan were in the car with their mother and her boyfriend when their car hit a truck, killing the adults instantly. The children were relatively unhurt, as they had been sleeping on the backseat; though little Mariska did end up with a scar on her head. Following their mother's death - a rumored decapitation from the force of the crash, which later proved all Hollywood myth - the children were raised by their father and his wife, who also had two children of their own. Hargitay grew into a smart, accomplished teen, learning to speak Hungarian, French and Italian, and always active in student government, sports, and theater. She had also undeniably inherited her mother's good looks, and was crowned Miss Beverly Hills in 1982.

Ellen DeGeneres Biography Current News Profile Boy Friend Husband Children Movies

Synopsis
Ellen DeGeneres (b. January 26, 1958) is an American stand-up comedienne, television host and actress. She hosts the syndicated talk show The Ellen DeGeneres Show. She also starred in two television sitcoms, Ellen from 1994 to 1998 and The Ellen Show from 2001 to 2002. During the fourth season of Ellen in 1997, DeGeneres came out publicly as a lesbian in an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Ellen DeGeneres Image Gallery.

Early Life
Ellen Lee DeGeneres was born January 26, 1958 in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was the daughter of an insurance salesman and a working mother who were divorced when DeGeneres was a teenager. When she was growing up she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but she gave up the idea because she was "not book smart." Instead, she waited tables, sold vacuum cleaners, painted houses, worked as a legal secretary.

DeGeneres' older brother, Vance, was the creator of the Play-Doh character "Mr. Bill" on the long-running NBC comedy skit program Saturday Night Live, and was long considered the humorous member of the family. Then once, during a public speaking event, DeGeneres found herself frightened by the crowd and used humor to get through the experience. She was a hit, and received offers to do stand-up comedy. She began performing in 1981, bolstered by her mother's moral and financial support.

Stand-up Comedy
At the age of 23, she began performing at a local coffeehouse. She got her big debut in 1986 when, acting on a tip from Jay Leno, The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson sent a booking agent to catch her act at the Improv in Hollywood. As a result of that engagement, DeGeneres was invited onto The Tonight Show and earned the distinction of being the only female comic to be invited by Johnny Carson to sit on the famed "couch" during her first visit. She then began making regular appearances on the talk show circuit, including performances on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Oprah Winfrey Show, Later with Greg Kinnear, Larry King Live, and Good Morning, America. She was also profiled in detail on ABC's PrimeTime Live.

Ellen: The Sitcom
Her wit won over audiences, and DeGeneres finally found success as an actress with her own prime-time sitcom—the self-titled television series, Ellen. The series was originally titled These Friends of Mine, but was renamed in 1994. From that point, she enjoyed a dizzying evolution from its beginnings as an ensemble show to its development into a showcase for DeGeneres.

The show faced strong criticism when, in April 1997, DeGeneres' character became the first lead in sitcom history to openly acknowledge her homosexuality on air. An ABC affiliate in Birmingham, Alabama, refused to air the landmark episode. Fearing controversy, some of the show's sponsors, Daimler Chrysler among them, withdrew advertisements.

Several episodes following her reveal had gay themes and, throughout the remainder of the season, DeGeneres and ABC executives faced a storm of criticism. But the show also received rounds of applause from gay-friendly activists—including DeGeneres' mother, Betty Degeneres, who appeared on numerous talk shows in support of her daughter. Despite a supportive audience; an Emmy Award for the coming-out episode; and the show's groundbreaking place in television history; Ellen was canceled in 1998.

But DeGeneres had already made the move to the big screen, starring in the dark comedy Mr. Wrong (1996) as a woman in search of the perfect man. She has also appeared in the comedy EdTV (1999), starring Matthew McConaughey, and the television production of If These Walls Could Talk 2 (2000), in which she shared a much publicized love scene with Sharon Stone.

Love is an eternal feeling. love cannot be bloom forcefully. it is an inner feeling that foster a heavenly feelings between two souls. Marriage is the ultimate destiny of love. It unites person, family along with all traditions, joys, sorrows and prejudices that are part of their family's heritages. Interfaith marriages definitely contribute to the complexity of combining families. Nevertheless, Bollywood has accepted this path blissfully. Bollywood actors and actresses are in the forefront of national integration by performing inter-religion marriages. So, we cannot named Bollywood only as medium of entertainment. Rather Bollywood has shown feeling of national integration by tying the nuptial knot to someone from other faith or religion.

Hottest example of interfaith marriages in Bollywoods are Shahrukh khan- Gauri Khan, Hritik Roshan- Suzzane khan, Amir Khan- Kiran Rao, Arbaaz Khan- Malaika Arora. They are happily married couple. By doing so, they are personally trying to spread message of peace and love irrespective of faith. Many Bollywood couples fell in love but could not get married are as (Dev Anand – Suraiya; Guru Dutt – Waheeda Rehman). Some are in a relationship (Saif Ali Khan – Kareena Kapoor) while others are recently married (Imran Khan – Avantika). The most talked about and successful interfaith married couple of Bollywood is Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Chibber.

Shahrukh- Gauri: The most talked about couple for their inter faith marriage. Successful Real Life Star Couples Of Bollywood

Most of Bollywood films ends with happy ending story however, the real life couple rarely end with happy. Successful marriage is a trend that Bollywood actors are yet to follow. Be it the yesteryear actors or the younger breed, a successful romance has not yet proven to be the guarantee to a successful marriage. However, few successful married couples are exception to this Bollywood story.

Starting with Dilip Kumar and Saira Banu, can be count as the most successful married couple of Bollywood.

they are considered as the first Bollywood star couple. While Dilip Kumar was the intractable Tragedy King, Saira Banu was the beauty queen of Bollywood. They fall for each other and got married in 1966. The age difference between the couple was of no consequence, as they stated that they didn't care about it. Saira Banu was twenty-two and Dilip Kumar was forty-five at the time of their wedding together. Cynics predicted that the marriage would not last for long due to the huge age gap, but they were proved wrong as the couple started going strong even after forty odd years of marriage.

Sunil Dutt and Nargis are often looked at as an example and are known as one of Bollywood's golden couples who made it despite a number of tribulations. they got married on 11th of March, 1958. Sunil Dutt and Nargis kept their relationship under wraps for a long time. Once they were married, they lead a life of togetherness and had three children together. Sanjay Dutt is their eldest son who is a well known actor and superstar in the Hindi film industry. Their daughters Namrata and Priya have also done well for themselves.

When we talk about mid era of Bollywood, one of most ideal couple is comes into mind is Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan's love story is one that set standards in the film industry due to the absolute commitment that they had for each other. The wedding ceremony was took place on 3rd June 1973. Amitabh apparently had a short affair with Rekha and later refurbished with Jaya Bachchan and live happily. Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh is another example of ideal couple of Bollywood. They are considered as the most romantic and made for each other couple of Bollywood. They are perfectly complimented as on and off screen couple. Likewise in recence era, Kajol- Ajay, Akshay- Twnkle, Arbaaz- Malaika, Abhishek- Aishwarya are considered as the most successful married couple of Bollywood.

I feel that now that I've mastered dancing I can pursue singing."

Sofia Vergara Biography Current News Profile Boy Friend

One of the most noted actresses to emerge from Latin America, Sofia Vergara took Hollywood by storm with her portrayal of the voluptuous and sassy housewife to Ed O'Neill's much older husband/patriarch on the hit comedy series, "Modern Family" (ABC, 2009- ). Throughout her career, the Colombian-born actress often played up her flirty personality and bombshell beauty - from her early days as a television host in Latin America.

to starring in the delightful film "Chasing Papi" (2003), to briefly dating A-list actor Tom Cruise in 2005. Yet it was Vergara's scene-stealing Carol Brady-meets-Carmen Miranda role on "Modern Family" that not only helped change the face of the primetime TV homemaker, but also added further proof to debunking the long-held idea that beautiful women could be funny.

Sofia Vergara Biography Current News Profile Boy Friend Husband Children Movies Relationships Twitter Imdb Family Facebook Myspace Pictures Wallpaper Online Video.

Sofia Margarita Vergara was born on July 10, 1972 in Barranquilla, Colombia, an industrial city on the Caribbean coast, as well, the birthplace of pop singer Shakira. Her father ran a cattle farm while her stay-at-home mother raised the future star and her five brothers and sisters. Vergara married her childhood sweetheart at the age of 18 and gave birth to her son Manolo Gonzalez-Ripoll Vergara two years later. After her marriage ended in divorce, she returned to school and took up dentistry at a Colombian university. With two semesters left before graduation, Vergara decided to quit dental school and, hoping to provide financially for her family, pursued a show business career. It did not take long for the beautiful actress to make her mark in her native country. She began hosting the travel and lifestyle program "Fuera de Serie" ("Out of the Ordinary") (Univision, 1995-98). The show was telecast on Univision, one of the largest Spanish-language networks airing worldwide, including the United States. She also made her acting debut in the ensemble series "Acapulco, cuerpo y alma" (Televisa S.A. de C.V., 1995). Sadly, her career was well on its way to taking off when tragedy struck Vergara's family. Her older brother was shot and murdered during an attempt to kidnap him in 1998. Feeling unsafe in her own home and country, the actress left Colombia and moved to Miami, FL with her son, mother and sister.

Her new surroundings gave Vergara a fresh start in life and an opportunity to focus on her family and career. Since Univision was based in Miami, the actress was able to land plenty of work and exposure - not only in the Spanish-speaking market but also with a more mainstream audience. She made her American feature film debut in the Barry Levinson-directed comedy "Big Trouble" (2002), in which she acted alongside Tim Allen and Stanley Tucci as Nina, a Mexican immigrant housemaid who gets rescued from two hit men by a homeless man (Jason Lee). The film was supposed to receive a September 2001 release, but in lieu of the September 11th attacks against the U.S., was pushed back due to a sensitive subplot that involved a nuclear device being smuggled onto a passenger plane. Vergara's next film "Chasing Papi" was far less controversial. The romantic comedy featured an all-Latino cast and involved a handsome young man (Eduardo Verástegui) who courts three women - a lawyer, a debutante and a cocktail waitress (Vergara). The actress' spitfire performance of the vivacious waitress Cici captivated American audiences and launched her crossover career.

In 2002, Vergara relocated to Los Angeles and was also diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She successfully underwent treatment but the surgery left a scar on her neck. The unstoppable actress bounced between appearing on American film and television, including a supporting role in the crime feature "Four Brothers" (2005) from director John Singleton, and a scorching cameo on the fourth season premiere of "Entourage" (HBO, 2004- ). The actress was also cast as one of four women - along with Gail O'Grady, Nicole Sullivan, and Christina Moore - working at a Manhattan real estate office in the short-lived comedy series "Hot Properties" (ABC, 2005). Vergara returned to Spanish-language television in 2007 with a recurring role on "Amas de Casa Desesperadas" (Canal 13 Argentina, 2006- ) an Argentine telenovela based on the ABC hit "Desperate Housewives" (2004- ). She played Alicia Oviedo, a murdered housewife who narrates the show that revolves around her four living friends. That same year, Vergara portrayed the only female member in "The Knights of Prosperity" (ABC, 2007), about a gang of New York City misfits who attempt celebrity kidnappings, including those of Mick Jagger, Kelly Ripa, and Ray Romano. The alphabet network cancelled the show after 13 episodes but gave the actress a recurring role on "Dirty Sexy Money" (ABC, 2007-09) as the love interest of a cocaine-addicted, chain-smoking New York blueblood (Seth Gabel).

What is Happening in Hindi Film Industry?

A new trend is noticeable in Bollywood as more serious and bolder films are being released in place of the trivial blockbusters. A Lot Of of these portray interesting plots, story lines and techniques being used by the movie makers. This shift can be witnessed in the newly released and upcoming Bollywood movies.

It is difficult to distinguish the popular movies from the so called art movies. Current Bollywood cinema emphasizes more on the real life and has good direction, cinematography and editing featured in these movies. The movies being made by the present day directors are affecting the tastes of the viewers and introducing them to more realistic cinema.

The story lines of many latest and upcoming Bollywood movies including 3 Idiots, Wake Up Sid and Well Done Abba are concerned with the troubles and life problems of an ordinary citizen. The rebellion of a member of the general public against social problems and terrorism has become popular as movie themes among present directors.

Another evident trend is the use of the state-of-art technology and special effects in new movies like Drona, Love Story-2050 and Krrish. Even animation films are gaining popularity and big producers like Yash Raj Films are investing money and energy in such movies.

Another interesting trend is that many producers and directors are taking up remaking of the old classic films that were extremely successful in their times. For instance, RGV ki Aag was a remake of the classic Amitabh movie Sholay and Don which is another Amitabh movie from 70s was remade with Shahrukh as the lead.

Further, the production houses are coming up with more and more movies targetted at city viewers. Such movies like Fashion, Metro, Company, Wake Up Sid and Page3 that were directed towards the city viewers have turned out to be very profitable for the producers.

Another visible trend is that a few production houses in Bollywood have been releasing many movies in the span of one year. Also interestingly, many of the films are being co-produced nowadays.

One important trend that should be mentioned here is the rise in the export of the prints of the large Bollywood productions and better response to Hindi films outside India. There are a lot of Indians who are currently residing in foreign lands and are addicted to Bollywood cinema, and it is quite likely that the English movies might find a strong contender in the Hindi movies internationally.

Hayden Panettiere Lose Weight 2011 Hayden Panettiere Diet Programs - Isn't amazing how all of the celebrities you see have a celebrity diet plan for weight loss to maintain their weight. Some of them are shapely and healthy looking, and look good on camera. Others look like they haven't eaten in weeks, like they just got back from the famine in Ethiopia for a few weeks.

Like they had been starving themselves to lose weight, and that is probably what they have been doing. You see it in all the tabloids, this person lost 100 pounds again, this one gained 100 pounds, and then lost 150 pounds. Some are not as dramatic; this one lost 40 pounds and is a television spokesperson, because the previous celebrity diet spokesperson gained the weight back. The fact is they may be starving themselves to lose weight, fasting like they are going through a famine.

Mini Biography
Lindsay Dee Lohan was born in New York City on 2 July 1986 to Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan. She began her career at age three as a model at the Eileen Ford Agency, and made appearances in over 60 television commercials, including spots for The Gap, Pizza Hut, Wendy's and Jell-O (opposite Bill Cosby).

Lohan made her acting debut in 1996 as the third actress to play Ali Fowler in the television drama "Another World" (1964). Shortly afterward she was hand-picked by Oscar-nominated writer Nancy Meyers as estranged twin sisters in an adaptation by Walt Disney Pictures of a novel by Erich Kästner, which marked Meyers' directorial debut. Lohan's first feature film, The Parent Trap (1998), a remake of The Parent Trap (1961), was a modest commercial success, earning her widespread critical acclaim and a Young Artist award for Best Leading Young Actress in a Feature Film, as well as Blockbuster Entertainment and YoungStar award nominations.

After signing a three-movie contract with Disney, she returned to the small screen to star in the made-for-TV movies Life-Size (2000) (TV) (opposite Tyra Banks) and Get a Clue (2002) (TV) (opposite Bug Hall). She also appeared as Rose in the pilot episode of the short-lived comedy series "Bette" (2000), which starred Bette Midler.

In June 2001 Lohan took a brief hiatus from acting. Her music career was launched over a year later, when Estefan Enterprises made a five-album production deal with her in September 2002, and she signed a recording contract with the reactivated Casablanca Records.

However, Lohan was not turning her back on her blossoming acting career. Just over a month previously she had been cast opposite Jamie Lee Curtis for another Disney adaptation of a novel, this time a fantasy comedy by Mary Rodgers.

Freaky Friday (2003), a remake of Freaky Friday (1976), was a huge hit (generating over $160 million in worldwide box office receipts) and critics were spellbound by delightful performances from Lohan and Curtis (who went on to receive a Golden Globe nomination for her work). In addition, Lohan won the 2004 MTV Movie Award for Best Breakthrough Female, as well as a Saturn award nomination and another Young Artist award nomination.

Elizabeth Taylor Biography Current News Profile Boy Friend Husband Children Movies Relationships Twitter Imdb Family Facebook Myspace Pictures

Mini Biography :
Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor was born in London, England, on February 27, 1932. Although she was born an English subject, her parents were Americans, art dealers from St. Louis, Missouri (her father had gone to London to set up a gallery). Her mother had been an actress on the stage, but gave up that vocation when she married. Elizabeth lived in London until the age of seven, when the family left for the US when the clouds of war began brewing in Europe in 1939. They sailed without her father, who stayed behind to wrap up the loose ends of the art business.

Elizabeth Taylor Biography Current News Profile Boy Friend Husband Children Movies Relationships Twitter Imdb Family Facebook Myspace Pictures Wallpaper Online Video.

The family relocated to Los Angeles, where Mrs. Taylor's own family had moved. Mr. Taylor followed not long afterward. A family friend noticed the strikingly beautiful little Elizabeth and suggested that she be taken for a screen test. Her test impressed executives at Universal Pictures enough to sign her to a contract. Her first foray onto the screen was in There's One Born Every Minute (1942), released when she was ten. Universal dropped her contract after that one film, but Elizabeth was soon picked up by MGM.

The first production she made with that studio was Lassie Come Home (1943), and on the strength of that one film, MGM signed her for a full year. She had minuscule parts in her next two films, The White Cliffs of Dover (1944) and Jane Eyre (1943) (the former made while she was on loan to 20th Century-Fox). Then came the picture that made Elizabeth a star: MGM's National Velvet (1944). She played Velvet Brown opposite Mickey Rooney. The film was a smash hit, grossing over $4 million. Elizabeth now had a long-term contract with MGM and was its top child star. She made no films in 1945, but returned in 1946 in Courage of Lassie (1946). In 1947, when she was 15, she starred in Life with Father (1947) with such heavyweights as William Powell, Irene Dunne and Zasu Pitts.

Throughout the rest of the 1940s and into the early 1950s Elizabeth appeared in film after film with mostly good results. Her busiest year was 1954, with roles in Rhapsody (1954), Beau Brummell (1954), The Last Time I Saw Paris (1954) and Elephant Walk (1954). She was 22 now, and even at that young age was considered one of the world's great beauties. In 1955 she appeared in the hit Giant (1956) with James Dean.

Sadly, Dean never saw the release of the film, as he died in a car accident in 1955. The next year saw Elizabeth star in Raintree County (1957), an overblown epic made, partially, in Kentucky. Critics called it dry as dust. Despite the film's shortcomings, Elizabeth was nominated for an Academy Award for her portrayal of Southern belle Susanna Drake. However, on Oscar night the honor went to Joanne Woodward for The Three Faces of Eve (1957). In 1958 Elizabeth starred as Maggie Pollitt in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (1958).

The film received rave reviews from the critics and Elizabeth was nominated again for an Academy Award for best actress, but this time she lost to Susan Hayward in I Want to Live! (1958). She was still a hot commodity in the film world, though. In 1959 she appeared in another mega-hit and received yet another Oscar nomination for Suddenly, Last Summer (1959). Once again, however, she lost out, this time to Simone Signoret for Room at the Top (1959). Her Oscar drought ended in 1960 when she brought home the coveted statue for her flawless performance in BUtterfield 8 (1960) as Gloria Wandrous, a call girl who is involved with a married man. Some critics blasted the movie but they couldn't ignore her performance. There were no more films for Elizabeth for three years. She left MGM after her contract ran out, but would do projects for the studio later down the road. In 1963 she starred in Cleopatra (1963), which was one of the most expensive productions up to that time--as was her salary, a whopping $1,000,000.

This was the film where she met her future and fifth husband, Richard Burton (the previous four were Conrad Hilton, Michael Wilding, Michael Todd--who died in a plane crash--and Eddie Fisher). Her next handful of films were lackluster at best, especially 1963's The V.I.P.s (1963), which was shredded by most critics. Elizabeth was to return to fine form, however, with the role of Martha in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (1966). Her performance as the loudmouthed, shrewish, unkempt Martha was easily her finest to date.

For this she would win her second Oscar and one that was more than well-deserved, but her films afterward didn't approach the intensity of that one. Since then she has appeared in several movies, both theatrical and made-for-television, and a number of TV programs. In February 1997 Elizabeth entered the hospital for the removal of a brain tumor. The operation was successful. As for her private life, she divorced Burton in 1974, only to remarry him in 1975 and divorce him, permanently, in 1976. She has had two husbands since, Senator John Warner and Larry Fortensky.

Movies, Media & More tackles Hollywood's entrenched racism

Movies, Media & More

Dwight Hobbes/MN Spokesman-Recorder

Movies, Media & More, despite the nice, innocuous title is neither nice nor innocuous. I just call it that because Movies, Media & More is more economic and eye-friendly than Raising Three Different Kinds of Hell About the Insidious, Ruthless Racism by which Hollywood Determinedly Propagandizes a White is Wonderful Agenda that Would Warm Adolf Hitler's Heart

It will for instance, comment on how gifted director-screenwriter Kasi Lemmons got shafted, pretty much relegated to obscurity after making a huge splash with Eve's Bayou. Her follow-up, The Caveman's Valentine, artfully adapted to the screen by George Dawes Green from his novel was not a commercial success. Accordingly, this gifted, black, female fell from favor at the studios and has not achieved the prominence her talent richly deserves. In a one-strike-you're-out shelving of Lemmons to the sidelines, she now has to bust her behind to figure out where the next movie deal will come from. White directors, male and female, can fall on their faces as much as they want and still have film companies fawning all over them to do another project. Penny Marshall broke the bank with Big and A League of Their Own, then flopped with Renaissance Man and Riding in Cars with Boys. Her phone, though, still rings off the hook (i.e. last year's TV flick Women Without Men, this season's series United States of Tara. Kasi Lemmons hasn't been tapped to direct traffic, let alone a film or television project since her sterling 2007 turn Talk To Me. These days, she's gone back to acting (that was her playing Jodie Foster's FBI academy sidekick in Silence of the Lambs), following a 2006 role for Waist Deep in which she played – I swear to God, she's listed in the credits as --- "Angry Black Woman". In 2012, she'll be on the big screen in a blink-and-you-miss-her role for Disconnect. Along with Kasi Lemmons being out of directing work, black audiences, importantly black women, miss out on her extraordinary ability to authentically depict black reality.

Movies, Media & More also will have a thing or two to say about how sell-outs (yes, I went there) like actors Denzel Washington, Morgan Freeman, Thandie Newton and others (there's more than a few) along with directors like Antoine Fuqua and F. Gary Gray help Hollywood sustain a bottle neck through which struggling actors of color (brown, yellow and red along with black) can't pass. They made their bones on the wallets of black ticket-buyers, then signed on as card-carrying members of the I Have Overcome Generation. Not a one of them use their star power, their clout at the box office and with studio execs, to do a damned thing about changing, about improving how and how often black life is reflected in American cinema. Yeah, yeah, they every so often play black figures out of history to drum up credibility – when they do it more than once in awhile, they'll actually be doing something. Hell, the saying used be "scarce as hen's teeth". Now you can say, without fear of contradiction, "scarce as black women in a Wesley Snipes movie".

Along with grousing about how awful things are, Movies, Media & More will, on the rare occasions where it's warranted, give credit where credit's due. For instance, according kudos to winning efforts like Next Day Air, which entertained – without showing black folk as stock types in a weak script -- turned a profit and didn't have one white face from beginning to end. Speaking of which, the column will, yes, acknowledge that white stars like veteran icon Martin Sheen – who didn't need the work -- stepped up to make cameo appearances in cinematic gems like Dead Presidents by directors Albert Hughes and Allen Hughes and Lemmons' Talk To Me.

So, the long and the short of it is Movies, Media & More will state the painfully obvious. Every week, until Hollywood changes its spots. Which, of course, will be a long time.

Cowboys & Aliens: Western & Sci-Fi Collide

The title is a huge spoiler, which shows just how much of a plot this film has. Set in 1873, aliens want to take over Earth for its supply of gold. They swoop around in fancy alien planes blowing stuff up and abducting people to figure out the weaknesses of the human race. However, when they zoom in onArizonaand abduct half of the townsfolk, including a rich rancher's (Ford) kid, they've finally messed with the wrong guy.

He gathers the town's cowboys and they set off to destroy the aliens and bring back the kidnapped people. Joining them on their mission is Jake (Craig), a gang leader who wakes up in the middle of the desert with absolutely no idea of who he is or how he got there. Further mystifying his situation is the presence of a huge iron wrist cuff clamped around his arm that can shoot out destructive laser beams and it's the only effective weapon against the aliens. They are also joined by Ella (Wilde), a beautiful woman who seems mightily interested in helping Jake regain his memory.

Jake is a shoot first, think later cowboy who doesn't take orders from anyone and honestly, Daniel Craig could play this character in his sleep. He's the definition of badass! That being said, the romance subplot between Jake and Ella seems really forced. One minute he can't stand her hounding, and the next he's going wobbly at the knees.

Harrison Ford plays Woodrow, a wealthy and morally ambiguous rancher whose only son, the apple of his eye, has been abducted by aliens and he will do whatever it takes to get him back. He's a boorish no-nonsense man's man who occasionally shows an emotional depth that he buries under typical cowboy bravado.

Paul Dano as Harrison Ford's bratty, snotty, spoiled little coward of a son is a delight. He marches around arrogantly, stomping all over people while threatening them with his father's retaliation. And while he talks big, he'd be nothing without his daddy's power backing him up. A classic case of nepotism ruining a person, he is basically the most entertaining thing about the entire film despite only being on-screen for ten minutes.

Cowboys & Aliens combines the western and sci-fi genres, but this is definitely a cowboy's film with aliens in it. The role of the extraterrestrials doesn't really break any new ground in terms of originality, and the rough and ready weaponry and tactics of the cowboys are much more entertaining than that of the advanced aliens.

There's no way this film wasn't going to be cool. It's a comic book adaptation that is executively produced by Steven Spielberg and directed by the man behind Iron Man, starring James Bond and Indiana Jones/Han Solo. And while the pacing never lets the film get boring, once it's over you can't help but dwell on how shallow the plot is. What should have been an insanely epic mash-up of two awesome genres, ends up being a pretty pile of mildly entertaining meh.

New Year DC Political Movie

There is a New Year DC movie being made about an awesome book that just came out. As soon as my producer got his hands on this novel (actually he read it on his nook), he was intent that a movie be made about it. In fact, he had me write the entire move, scripts, screenplays, background music, and more.

The book is about the effect of politicians on the media. Did you know that in the New Year in DC, politicians spend more than fifty trillion dollars altogether? Between small town democrats running for town manager and high baller men and women running for the position of president of the united states of America, no dollar is left unspent. Where does this money come from? Right out of our pockets! Did you know that money that we pay in taxes is streamlined right into the media outlets to be surpluses for advertising? Political campaigns are not just the debates and commercials we see but the stations who run them as well. If a congressman offers your news company to run a million dollar campaign for him, would you turn it down even if you did not want to vote for him? Of course, deals and trades like this are no way to guarantee votes. All votes are anonymous and untraceable therefore people can take money without being very completely honest.

There is some suspicion that underground mobs and mafias are actually in fact in on the votes. It is said that the people who work the polls are actually spies for the mob. They keep track with small hidden video cameras and other super top secret spy weapons about who votes for which politician, and they take action depending upon what they find out. There are a lot of questions being raised about suspicious murders and deaths of tv hosts, news anchors, and other family members associated with huge media organizations that have dealt with politicians. So, be careful about the deals you make with politicians because it might come back to haunt you in the New Year DC

Encouraging Young generation in Cinema Sanjay Leela Bhansali

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is innovating. From the usual "Grand flicks and emotional sagas", the movie maker is evolving with projects like Rowdy Rathoreand My Friend Pinto to keep the pace with industry's new and young thinker's who he says are brining newer ideologies and revolutionizing the industry.

"I want to do a lot more things. I want to be a part of the younger generation that is revolutionizing the cinema in a unique way. There are some young filmmakers who are doing great cinema nowadays. The younger generation is getting newer ideologies to cinema, a newer point of view to look at films. It is very intriguing to be in touch with the new generation" the 48 year old maestro filmmaker quoted in an IANS's interview.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali showcases his desire to try his hands at fresher things in his upcoming productions. Rowdy Rathore, starring Akshay Kumar, is a action-packed flick, while Shirin Farhad with Boman Irani and Farah Khan, is a love story of a parsi couple and My Friend Pinto, ready to hit the screens on Oct 14, is a out and out comedy.

On being asked if it was easy for the maestro to switch off the director in him and only produce films, the filmmaker responded: "I'm a very selfish director. The director in me is always very alive. First when I was going through the scripts, I contemplated why am I not doing work on my own directorial? But when I finally concluded to produce the films, I put in conscious efforts trying not to intervene. Thus resulting in selection of scripts which weren't of my forte, so that I can supervise and guide from a distance", the filmmaker added. At the moment, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is looking forward to the release of My Friend Pinto, which has been directed by debutant Raghav Dar, and star's Prateik Babbar and Kalki Koechlin as the protagonists.

Speaking of My Friend Pinto, Bhansali added "it was a script that was filled with smiles, packed with unusual characters, created with an unusual point of view, which had humor in the weirdest of situations. I just found the entire take very fabulous and fascinating". This shift is extremely refreshing for a filmmaker like Sanjay Leela Bhansali, who has created epic movies like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas, Black and Guzaarish. "It was a challenge to adapt out of my comfort zone to produce a film of this genre", Sanjay Leela Bhansali added.

"It moved me a lot on the basic premise – learn to respect a friend. Also this is a film I would have never made. I'm not artistically capable to make a film like this, it's not my genre. But it's a great endeavor producing it. We are paying tribute to Kundan Shah in this film because Raghav is a great fan of his", he said.

Just like many who have praised Prateik's acting palette and temperament, Bhansali too is impressed with the 24 year old young actor and the son of Raj Babbar and late actress Smita Patil. "Prateik has grown up; he is a man now who can take responsibilities. He doesn't have to rely or depend on people. He boasts a lot of talent, coming with a clean slate image and fits into any character. The innocence on his face and the way he talks just incorporated into the character. Adding more the filmmaker says "He is extremely spontaneous and he has consanguinity. He resembles to his mother in acting. One cannot stray his attention from him when he performs".

Sanjay Leela Bhansali hopes to get back to direction at the earliest. He has finished the scripting process for his next film and will now move on to decide the cast and crew eventually next month. The filmmaker even quoted"I'll start shooting my next film in June next year and will announce the cast next month".

Bollywood Event, Actress and Other Photos and Reviews Add To Boxoffice Reports

With the life zooming full speed on the fast lane, the memory of the public has shortened a lot. With so many movies being churned out every day, it is also an obvious feature to get forgetful. But like the fresh gusts of wind, sometimes some movies do remain in the memory for generations to come. Some of such movies were made in the eras of 70s and 80s. But then, there were a few numbers of movies.

The rate at which the movies are being made for public, box office is a mad rush. And to add to the woes of such a rush is the intention of making every movie a success. Truly enough, a number of movies being released in the present days, are giving out good Indian boxoffice report. Getting such success in the heavy rush requires certain measures, which the smart directors and actors have perhaps been able to realise.

It is therefore not an uncommon thing to find the bollywood event photos in journals, magazines and above all the internet. With internet accessibility becoming a common thing and by everyone, there are a number of sites where reviews, photos, events, happenings and everything related to Indian cinema are found.

Bollywood actress photo has had an important part to play as no Indian movie believes in sustaining itself without a female lead in the most exotic of styles. So, when the bollywood event photos get their share in the internet or magazines, then the bollywood actress photo also is included in it. Various film critics, review writers, movie buffs are sending in, their new movie release reviews, reviews of DVD and Bluray releases, and such.

There are discussion forums, comment section, and many other things in the internet where people can discuss, listen, put their views and argue about matters related to Indian cinema, and this goes on towards being considered as the Indian boxoffice report. From such reports, one can also know about the success at different stages of release of the movies. It is through such a report that people could know the top collections of opening day, of a week or of a month. And this goes on further to classify the success of movies and given them rankings.

Box office is a place where the fate of most of the movies in the commercial category is decided. It is basically through the internet nowadays, that most of the movies are being projected. This particular projection is being done by various means, of which the bollywood actress photo from launch parties, from meetings, from movie stills, and many other places are being put forth as an attractive feature. Other actors are also given their credits according to their popularity.

But in recent years, the bollywood event photos are being considered as important means of popularising the stars and their films. Many a times, these are being considered as means of promoting the movies that are to be released in the near future. And there is perhaps nothing wrong in doing so as the overall aim of every filmmaker and people involved, is to bring better Indian boxoffice report.

The Change-Up: A Good-Natured Comedy

The Change Up is an exercise in opposites. Dave (Bateman) is an overworked lawyer and family man, while his best friend Mitch (Reynolds) is a slacker actor. While peeing in a fountain and envying each others' lives, they accidentally switch bodies and must go about as the other until they can figure out how to reverse the switch.

Ryan Reynolds should do more comedy. He's hilarious whether as Mitch who has no responsibilities and nothing expected of him or as Dave, a very successful lawyer in the middle of the most important week of his career hoping that his nincompoop best friend – now inhabiting his body – doesn't mess up his job and his already rocky marriage. His [removed]as Dave) when surveying the squalor that is Mitch's apartment is priceless; especially when he gets a look at the fridge.

A lot of the humour comes from Mitch's ineptitude with Dave's young daughter, Cara, and his baby twins. While Dave is the image of the perfect father, Mitch hasn't the slightest clue what to do with kids, which results in some pretty hilarious hi-jinks. Mitch pours milk on the twins, leaves them unattended next to knives and electric sockets and teaches Cara to always solve her problems with violence, which manifests itself as a pretty epic judo flip in the middle of a ballet recital. Bateman does a great job portraying both characters, but it's when he goes so thoroughly against his type as man-child Mitch that he's at his funniest.

As a rule, The Change Up isn't mean or malicious. While Mitch is rather ridiculously sexist, his behaviour is never allowed to slide. You're not laughing with the sexist jerk, you're laughing at the depth of his misogyny. In addition, Dave's wife Jamie (Mann) is portrayed in a surprisingly sympathetic manner when she could have very easily been written off as the nagging wife. Mann does a great job merging the emotional and the comedic, and she ends up being the film's heart. Jamie's married to a man who, although perfect on paper, is never satisfied. She barely sees him because he's so caught up with his work and while she knows that he loves her and that he's fully committed to the family, she doesn't feel it because he's hardly ever around.

By the end, both men have realized that neither of their lives are as perfect as they made them out to be and are fully ready get their own lives back on track again. While The Change Up is pretty formulaic (It's basically Freaky Friday for dudes) and you can tell exactly what's going to happen from a mile away, it's funny and light and never grates on.

Movie Photo Gallery and Reviews Helps Showcase the Best Leitmotif of Indian Cinema

In a country where cricket and movie rules more than anything else, the need to have the news and views on the movies is a must. This is a very important fact that is known by everyone. Ask a child, the star cast of a latest movie and he would rattle out the names as if he has mugged them all.

Ours is a country where cinema is revered, breathed and even lived. Remaining aware of the recent news and reviews of movies and what is happening in the life of the movie stars is a common thing. For this, the internet has helped a lot. Fans have made their own stars depending on different qualities, criteria and features. And they tend to have a movie photo gallery or a photo collection of their favorite stars.

Photos of the stars, is something that must have been collected by everyone at some point of time in their lives, who has lived in India. The degree of fanaticism might vary but the truth remains that Indian movies and actors are liked by everyone. Actress photo is therefore a common finding with any kind of Indian movie reviews as they are very essential for making a movie. And people do collect the actress photo that they like.

Most of the internet portals that talk about the Indian movie reviews have the movie photo gallery splashed all over the site. Someone correctly said that pictures speak more than words and so looking at the actress photo, scenes from the movie, and even stills from making of the movies are a common feature. Reviews about movies and events related to the movies are focussed on the net or in the newspapers for a number of reasons.

For every movie, the audience is the most important thing. A better turnout into the multiplexes and theatres is a sign of the popularity of the movie. Movies are released across the length and breadth of the nation and in remote corners of the country, where people are ready to lap up any news or movie of their favorite icons. These are the pillars which have shouldered the Indian cinema industry since their beginning in the year 1953 when the first Indian film was released. Since then actors and actresses have been able to carry movies.

Although well made movies do get their due credits, it is a major share provided by the star cast. With the media becoming stronger and effective nowadays, people are turning towards these systems of advertisements for the promotion of their movies. Indian movie reviews are coming out in the internet and these are nowadays being provided by the common man as a marketing strategy. This ensures that the reviews are true, thus adding to the promotion.

With reviews it becomes necessary to put the best faces on the screen in concert with the reviews and actress photo is perhaps the best attractive feature. Here, launch parties, success parties, movie photo gallery, etc are presented with the best faces in the view, thus further adding to the popularity and promotion of the movies.
